In collaboration with the USPS, the National Postal Forum has become the premier educational event and trade show for the mailing and shipping industry. Industry professionals come from all over the country to network with each other to learn the latest developments in the industry. At their 2022 show in Phoenix, Arizona, we were tasked with creating promotional material, producing main stage sessions, and for the first time this year, producing the special sessions hosted by USPS Officers. Hosted in the Phoenix Convention Center, we took advantage of the ballroom’s raised audience seating to set up a carpeted area on the floor to act as the stage. Setting up a large curved screen behind it and projecting a soothing water effect on the floor as members and clients walked in, we elevated the modern look of the event graphics.
