Building Up Leaders

The American Institute of Architects has a year-long course entitled the Christopher Kelly Leadership Development Program. It fosters the next generation of leaders in the architecture industry, empowering them to take control of their futures in their practices and communities. We interviewed a few alumni who spoke about the impact of the program on their paths, from being leaders in their company to creating their own firm.
